Job Responsibilities 

• you will play a key role in supporting the creation, implementation, and maintenance of document management workflows and templates.
• You will assist users with existing processes, resolve basic issues related to document management, and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Your responsibilities will include organizing and structuring document repositories to ensure efficient access, robust version control, and compliance with internal standards.
• You will participate in various phases of document management projects, such as workflow testing, system validation, and platform upgrades.

Qualification & Skills Required 

• You have a bachelor’s degree (completed or in your final year) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Whether you are a recent graduate, freelancer, or have more experience, you are welcome to apply—provided you are open to joining as a trainee.
• You bring an understanding of document management principles or have prior exposure to document control systems, which will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or DevOps, and exposure to engineering drawings, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems are beneficial but not mandatory.
